What forms of Payment are accepted?

We accept credit cards, (American Express, VISA, Discover and MasterCard) and wire transfers.  Purchase orders are not an accepted form of payment.

How can I get a formal invitation letter for my visa application?

After completing the registration process and paid in full and if you would like CyberHub Summit to supply a letter to assist you with your VISA application please email CyberHub Summit at events@cyberhubsummit.com Please allow 2 - 5 business days for the letter to be emailed to you. Note: VISA invitations are only issued to Full Conference registrants and exhibitors.  All event fees must be paid in full.

What is the tax ID number? How do I get a W-9 form?

The tax ID number for the Conference is 82-1447182. You can obtain a W-9 form by sending an e-mail to events@cyberhubsummit.com

Are meals included in the cost of registration?

Yes, all meals are provided as part of buying a pass to CyberHub Summit. Please contact your concierge for full information or to report any food restrictions.

What is the Conference cancellation policy?

Is there an age requirement for the event?

Yes, there is not only an age requirement but a title requirement as well. Please read the registration form and completing the registration form doesn’t guarantee attendance. Its only when you receive a registration confirmation email with a link to complete the registration form is the registration complete.

What is the Conference attire?

Casual to Business dress is appropriate for our event. Your personal concierge can help you with any additional questions

What is classified as an executive?

Each registration is thoroughly reviewed in order to maximize the value of each attendee. The job titles we consider are: CEO, COO, CTO, CISO, CIO, Corporate General Counsel, CFO, Managing Partner, Board Member, President, Director and Vice President.

Each application is vetted to ensure the authenticity of the applicant and is held to the highest privacy standards.

How long is each summit?

Each summit lasts between one day to three days varying on location, topics and attendees. Since we hand select our attendees and spend some time ensuring the right group of people are gathered, we put together agendas, topics and hospitality at the highest order. As such each summit offers a different agenda with different start times and end times.

Will my information be protected?

As a rule, CyberHub Summit doesn’t share any attendee information. This information isn’t resold or given to any third party. We guard and protect those in attendance at all times.

Why am I required to sign an NDA?

Due to the sensitivity of each topic and some of the discussions in the private room, each attendee is required to sign an NDA in order to attend the private sessions within the Summit. We do so in order to protect the privacy of those in attendance, maintain a strict non-disclosure of any information shared between attendees and the cybersecurity experts as well as the brand and company’s good reputation.

Why are electronics banned from the session rooms?

No electronics are permitted in the session rooms, this includes: cell phones, tablets, laptops, recording devices or cameras unless written permission has been given by CyberHub Summit management. All phones, laptops and tablets can be checked at the door of each session and retrieved immediately upon completion of the session. Any violation will result in the attendee forfeiture to attend the rest of the summit.

Who plans my arrival and departure?

Each attendee has the choice of making his own travel arrangement or allowing us to do so. Part of your registration fee includes all meals, hotels and activities at the Summit. The only part that isn’t included is airfare and transportation to and from the venue. However, at the request of each executive we can arrange flight and transportation arrangements to the venue.
