Lieutenant Colonel (R) Terrence J. McGraw is the Director of the Cyber Threat Analysis Center (CTAC) responsible for 24/7/365 security event monitoring of intrusion detection/prevention devices, firewalls, web application firewalls, host/application log monitoring and log management devices and the Counter Threat Platform. Lieutenant Colonel McGraw is a 27-year Army veteran, the last ten years of his career spent leading key cyber initiatives for the Army's Network Enterprise Technology Command, Army Cyber Command, the NSA and the Joint Staff. McGraw holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Old Dominion University, a Master's Degree in Information Systems from Central Michigan University and is a graduate of the Army's prestigious Telecommunications Systems Engineering program.
